As an designer, I love applying my spacial/mechanical observations to help implement an environment or a project or a plan. Self employed as an architectural designer for 27 year, I have drawn nearly a million sq. feet of as-built space planning documents. I have completed renovation plans for over a 100,000 square feet of commercial space including new restaurants. Recently my business focus has been on residential design.
